The Posh Exchange Program is a collaborative learning experience designed to bring together event organizers to teach, learn, and share insights from their successes. Through hands-on workshops, networking sessions, and curated educational resources, Posh Exchange empowers organizers to scale their businesses, build stronger communities, and master the art of hosting successful events.

Organizers can participate in two ways:

  • Facilitate a workshop on a topic they excel in and share their expertise with fellow organizers.
  • Attend a workshop to learn best practices, gain new skills, and exchange ideas with other top event professionals.

What is Posh Exchange?

Posh Exchange is Posh’s flagship educational incubator for event organizers. Through expert-led workshops, hands-on training, and curated networking opportunities, Posh Exchange strengthens relationships between organizers and the Posh team while equipping participants with the tools and strategies needed to succeed.

Workshops and events are hosted at Posh’s NYC headquarters and select local markets, providing organizers with exclusive access to industry insights, business growth strategies, and a powerful community of like-minded peers.

How to Qualify for Posh Exchange

To be eligible for the Posh Exchange Program, you must:

  • Be an active organizer on Posh with at least three (3) paid events hosted on the platform.
  • Commit to attending three (3) additional virtual workshops for continued education.
  • Be open to learning, sharing, and contributing to the community.
  • Uphold professionalism, collaboration, and respect throughout the program.

Do I have to be based in NYC to participate?

No! While some in-person events are hosted at Posh’s NYC headquarters, we also host workshops virtually and in select local markets. Organizers from across the U.S. are welcome to apply.

How are facilitators chosen for workshops?

Workshop facilitators are selected based on expertise, experience, and relevance to the Posh community. If you have unique insights, a proven track record, or a topic you’re passionate about teaching, we encourage you to apply to lead a session.

Is there a cost to join Posh Exchange?

No, the Posh Exchange Program is completely free for selected participants. This is an invite-only opportunity for organizers who meet the eligibility criteria.

How often does Posh Exchange happen?

Posh Exchange runs multiple times per year, both in-person and virtually. If you aren’t selected for the current session, you’re encouraged to apply again for future opportunities.

What happens after I apply?

Once your application is reviewed, a Posh Community Lead will reach out if you’re selected. If chosen, you’ll receive details about upcoming sessions, participation requirements, and next steps.

Can I apply if I haven’t hosted three paid events on Posh yet?

The three-event minimum helps ensure that participants have real-world experience to share and build upon. If you haven’t reached that milestone yet, focus on launching your events and reapply once you qualify. If you have hosted events in the past but on a different platform, please apply and then send an email to [email protected] explaining your situation and we will ask for additional information to be able to consider you.
